Sri Siddhivinayaka Temple, Malleshwaram, Bengaluru:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Realizing the need to provide devotees with the opportunity to worship during various auspicious events held at the Havyaka Community Hall, the foundation stone for a Ganesha temple was laid on September 18, 1983<\/strong>. On May 13, 1984, the revered Shimad Jagadguru Shri Shri Raghavendra Bharati Mahaswamiji of Sri Ramachandrapura Math installed the idol of Sri Siddhivinayaka. The idol, crafted in Hoysala style from Krishna stone, stands about 25 inches tall, holding modaka and other symbolic items, and has become a powerful deity for devotees.<\/p>

During the construction of a new student housing complex, the original temple was relocated according to Vastu principles and rebuilt as a new stone temple. The reinstallation ceremony was held on May 8, 2017<\/strong>, led by Vedic scholars, and the temple, constructed at a cost of approximately 4 million rupees, now shines beautifully. Special poojas are conducted daily, with additional rituals on significant days such as Sankashti Chaturthi, Rangapooja on Chauthi, and special events during Kartika Deepotsava.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

This spacious building includes a well-equipped kitchen, a dining hall for about 200 people, and a large auditorium with a seating capacity of 500 on the ground floor. The facility also includes a balcony, a stage, side rooms, an office, two small meeting rooms on the second floor, and student accommodations on the third floor, making it ideal for all types of functions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

N. K. Ganapaiah Memorial Student Hostel Malleswaram Bengaluru: <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To support students from rural areas, a hostel was initiated in 1974 under the leadership of Dr. N.K. Ganapayya. In 1988, it was renamed in his honour, providing accommodation for around 35 students. In 2016, a modern hostel complex was inaugurated, also named after Ganapayya, offering comfortable facilities for about 60 students. The hostel includes a kitchen, dining hall, study room, and other facilities in a clean environment conducive to learning.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Bhagavatpada Sri Raghavendra Bharati Women's Hostel, Girinagar, Bengaluru:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This hostel began on April 13, 1994<\/strong>, as a small rental space, accommodating around 80 girls. Thanks to donations, including land from B. Krishna Bhat and a significant contribution of 1 million rupees by Gajanana Joshi, the hostel moved to its own building in August 2000. During its 2002-03 diamond jubilee celebrations, the third floor was inaugurated, with a part of it named in honor of Canara Bank\u2019s support. Currently, it accommodates 108 female students.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIn collaboration with Havyaka Mahasabha, this hostel was inaugurated on June 1, 2008, by revered swamijis. Named as per donors’ wishes, it accommodates about 80 students. The hostel organizes various programs under the motto “Disha” and celebrates events like Sharada Puja during Navratri.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Balamuri Vidyaganapati Temple and Havyaka Sabha Bhavan, Bharati Nagar, Bannur, Puttur, Dakshina Kannada:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Following the success of the 1996 World Havyaka Convention, 37 cents land was purchased in Bannur near Vivekananda Nagar in 2001. The temple dedicated to Vidyaganapati was established here as a centre of worship. Thanks to local leaders and donors, a hostel was opened in 2005 for around 40 students. In 2022, a new Sabha Bhavan was constructed adjacent to the temple, offering seating for around 400 people and hosting weddings, upanayanas, and other social and religious events.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The Shri Akhila Havyak Mahasabha, while being a caste organization, has transcended caste barriers to encourage participation from all segments of society, which is a matter of pride for the Havyak community. It is noteworthy that members of other communities are responding positively to the socially-oriented initiatives and continuous development efforts of the Havyak community.

In this context, Shri Manjunatha Billava from Shiruru, who is not a Havyaka, has generously donated about one acre of land with Shri Durga Parameshwari Temple and an open-air auditorium in Nagashree Nagar, Belekale village, which is known for its natural beauty and is located close to National Highway 66, without expecting any returns. The registration of this land took place on April 21, 2023, at the government office in Bhatkal.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to Shri Shri Raghaveshwara Bharati Swamiji for blessing this land to be dedicated to the Shri Ramachandrapura Mutt on behalf of the Mahasabha.
